a_{ij}=2i+j^2\\\\a_{11}=2\cdot(1)+(1)^2\\a_{11}=2+1\\a_{11}=3\\\\a_{12}=2\cdot(1)+(2)^2\\a_{12}=2+4\\a_{12}=6\\\\a_{13}=2\cdot(1)+(3)^2\\a_{13}=2+9\\a_{13}=11\\\\a_{21}=2\cdot(2)+(1)^2\\a_{21}=4+1\\a_{21}=5\\\\
