Method of preparation
1-Place the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice in the blender, beat well until well blended.
2-Pour into a pan or individual bowls.
3 - Scrape the green part of the lemon (just green, if not bitter) and sprinkle on top of the mousse.
4 - Take the mousse in the refrigerator, let it cool for at least 2 or 3 hours.
5 - Serve very cold.
