3°rd =Third
4°th=Fouth
5°th =Fifth
6°th = Sixth
7°th =Seventh
8°th=eighth
9°th=Ninth
10°th=Tenth

Os números 1, 2 e 3, são: first, second e third, respectivamente.

Já os outros números seguem um padrão, que é a adição do th em sua forma cardinal (normal).

Quando chega em números como 21, 42, 53, ou outros números com dezenas terminados em 1, 2 e 3, aí usa-se novamente a forma ordinal do 1, 2 e 3.
