 Para você conseguir entender a conjugação dos verbos, basta reparar o tempo verbal em que o mesmo está. 

 Present      : verb: work

I  work
You  work

Negative present: Do/Does

I  don't work
You  don't work
He  } doesn't work
She   } doesn't work

Negative past:

Future: Will
