O Past Perfect é formado com o passado simples do verbo to have (had) + o past participle (particípio passado) do verbo principal. O particípio passado dos verbos regulares terminam em -ed; -d; e -ied, já os verbos irregulares possuem forma própria. 

A) After they had seen a flim, they ate pizza.
B) After he has telephoned Mary, he visited her.
C) After she has made a cake, she invited her friend to go to her house.
D) After we had saved a lot of money, we bought a new car.
E) After I had finished my exercises, I showed them to the teacher.
