Neg: She haven't cooked dinner last night.

b) Int: Did I studied english yesterday?
Neg: I didn't studied english yesterday.

d)Int: Did Cristina worked all night?
Neg: Cristina didn't worked all night

Eu utilizei de forma misturada o Have / Have not e o Did / Did not para você perceber que não há diferença, apenas depende do contexto. Mas geralmente, quando você faz a pergunta utilizando um, você responde utilizando o mesmo.
