Vy = -6
Vx = -b/2a = -2/-8 = 1/4

f(x)= -4x² + 2x + (h - 2)
f(1/4) = -1/4 + 2/4 + h - 2 = -6

-4/16 + 2/4 + h - 2 = -6
-1/4 + 2/4 + h - 2 = -6

1/4 + h - 2 = -6
h = -4 - 1/4

h = -17/4
