1) A construção é feita com o verbo TO BE, para passar para a forma interrogativa basta pegar o verbo e colocá-lo no começo da frase:

2) O Present Continuous necessita do verbo TO BE e a adição de ING no final dos verbos.

Para plural, usamos ARE (we, you, they), singular usamos IS (he, she, it), além da primeira pessoa (AM)
