Estruturas das frases :

Simple past - negative form ( sem verbo "to be"):

Sujeito +"didn't" ( "did not" ) + verbo no infinitivo sem "to" + complemento

Simple past - negative form ( com verbo "to be"):

Sujeito + "wasn't" ( was not ) para i, he, she e it ou "weren't" ( were not ) para you, we e they + complemento.

Agora vamos ao exercício:

c. The governor didn't still money from that city.

d. The engineer wasn't as trustworthy as the new architect.

e. I didn't see who still your cell phone during the party.

f. That politician isn't going to make a speech to the population.

Para o presente com verbo "to be" basta adicionar "n't" ou "not" ao verbo, e quando se usa i como sujeito se usa "am not" ou m' not".

Ex : I'm not ( am not ) waiting for an invite.

No caso da letra f o "going to" pode dar ideia de um futuro próximo.
