Ola! Eu irei fazer uma apresentação em inglês e preciso que esses três textos sejam traduzidos de forma que um principiante possa fala-los facilmente.
1 - No Uruguai, existe um prato tradicional chamado "Parrila Uruguaia". A parrilla é um sistema de grelhas moveis usadas e criadas pelos uruguaios para preparar carnes.
A parrilla pode ser usada para preparar todo tipo de carne, seja bovina, suína, ovina, frango, peixes e legumes e verduras.
As carnes preparadas dessa maneira são mais saudáveis e saborosas. As carnes feitas na parrilla devem ser apreciadas e degustadas por todos aqueles que são amantes da carne preparada na brasa, e aprecie a diferença da carne com menos gordura, sem gosto de fumaça e com a certeza de provar o verdadeiro sabor que cada tipo de especialidade proporciona.
2 - A seleção uruguaia de futebol é chamada de "La celeste". :-DO apelido é devido a camisa azul celeste que a seleção adotou como uniforme oficial. A camisa foi adotada com emblema nacional em reconhecimento ao triunfo que pouco antes havia conseguido o River uruguaio frente ao Alumni portenho por 2 x 1 com as mesmas cores.
3 - No Uruguai em dias de verão o pôr do sol pode acontecer somente as dez da noite. Esse fenômeno ocorre devido ao solstício de verao, que significa basicamente em dias mais longos e noites mais curtas. No inverno acontece justamente o contrario. Quanto maior a distancia do pais da linha do equador, mais agravante essa adversidade é.

The grill can be used to prepared all types of meat such as, cow, pork, sheep, chicken, fish, greens and vegetables.
This meat which is prepared like this, is healthy and tasteful. The beef which is prepared in the grill is worth to be eaten and tasted by all those meat eaters who love charcoal-grilled beef and like low fatty meat, with no smoke flavour and obviously, to taste all the variety offered.

The jersey colour was adopted as a national symbol as a tribute to the victory of River from Uruguay against Alumni from Buenos Aires 2 to 1 and this used the same jersey colours.
