Para fazer a forma negativa de uma frase, basta acrescentar "not" depois do verbo auxiliar, ou abreviá-lo:

A) I haven't (have not) finished my lessons.

B) She hasn't (has not) lied to you.

C) They haven't (have not) bought a new car.
