-2m . (-m+2) = 3 . (2m+1)

2m² - 4m = 6m + 3

2m² - 4m - 6m - 3 = 0

2m² - 10m - 3 = 0

a = 2

b = -10

c = -3

Δ = b² - 4 . a . c

Δ = (-10)² - 4 . 2 .(-3)

Δ = 100 - 8 . (-3)

Δ = 100 + 24

Δ = 124

 \mathtt{\dfrac{-b+-~\sqrt{\Delta}}{2~.~a}~~=~~\dfrac{-(-10)+-~\sqrt{124}}{2~.~2}~~=~~\dfrac{10+-~2\sqrt{31}}{4}} \\ \\ \\ \mathtt{m' = \dfrac{10+2\sqrt{31}}{4}~~(\div2)~~=~~\dfrac{5+\sqrt{31}}{2}} \\ \\ \\ \mathtt{m'' = \dfrac{10-2\sqrt{31}}{4}~~(\div2)~~=~~\dfrac{5-\sqrt{31}}{2}} \\ \\ \\ \boxed{\boxed{\mathtt{Resposta: \dfrac{5-\sqrt{31}}{2}~~e~~\dfrac{5+\sqrt{31}}{2}}}}
