For example, the problem of the ash cloud that occurred in 2005 was not an airline's fault, but a natural cause. Thus, they ask themselves and the law why they sould pay for it if they sufferred with the natural problema as the clients did. However, the law still the same and just get the passengers rights, without specifying what is or isn't a airline's fault.
