A alternativa correta é a B.

Conforme o texto, o tipo de “micro-targeting” feito na campanha de George Bush podia mudar de acordo com a vizinhança do eleitorado e até de rua. Por isso, em determinados locais algumas das opiniões do candidato eram enfatizadas.
