My opinion about plastic surgery is that people have the free will to do whatever they want with their body. However they need to be aware of the dangers of doing such a thing like this surgery, that comes with innumerable risks if done the wrong or having complications along the way. It is not really necessary for me, but if the person feels better about himself and his body, maybe for them it is. The fact that the person will change their body after doing this needs to be thought out carefully and if they really want this, after all, we are all perfect the way we are.
