a) x +  y = 20   (1) (multiplicando por -1 e somando com (2)

   x + 2y = 20   (2)

-x - y = -20

x +2y = 20

y = 0

Substituindo y = 0 em (1), vem:

x + y = 20   ----> x + 0 = 20  -----> x = 20

b) x + y = 20 (1) (multipl. por - 3 e  somando com (2))

  3x + 4y = 72   (2)

-3x -3y = - 60

3x + 4y = 72

4y - 3y  = 72 - 60 ----> y = 12  (substituindo  y = 12 em (1)), vem:

x + y = 20  ----> x + 12 = 20 ----> x = 20 - 12 ----> x = 8

c) x + 2y = 6  (1)   (multiplic. por -2 e somando com (2), vem:
