A: Hi there! I'm Axolotl.
B: Hey!
A: I'd like to ask you some questions about your experience studying English abroad.
B: Alright, it sounds nice! Shoot it!
A: Where did you go to? What kind of accommodation did you choose? How was it like? Was the school near the place you were staying?
B: I went to Nice, in France. I stayed on a campus, located in a very quiet area, with other three students. Well, since I stayed on the campus, I can say I was pretty near the school.
A: What can you tell me about the school facilities? Were there a lot of classrooms?
B: As for the school facilities, the classrooms were large, there were computer rooms with internet access, a swimming pool, TV room, and a wifi area. Everything was available for all students.
A: What kind of food did you eat? How were your lessons like? Were the students from different countries or were they mostly from your country?
B: I ate typical French cuisine at the school canteen. The food was tasty and very different from the English dishes I'm used to. I had 20 45-min lessons per week; the classes started at 9 am, and there were only about 15 students from all over the world per classroom.
A: How did you like the city? Were there plenty of things to do there? How was your experience with the locals?
B: Nice is a very beautiful city with breathtaking beaches. The Old Town quarter is fantastic and full of street cafés and gardens. The weather was simply awesome, I didn't have a single day of overcast weather. I had a lot fun there, I improved my French quite a lot. As my classmates were from different parts of the world, I got to know a lot about other cultures and made a lot friends I'm looking forward to visiting soon in their home coutries. As for the locals, they were nothing but kind and understanding of my poor French.
A: Whoa, that's a lot of info! Thanks for sharing and for your time.
B: Don't mention it. I hope you can go there and have as much fun as I had.
