As três formas acredito que seja afirmativa, negativa e interrogativa:

A) To be no presente:

Afirmativa:

I am

You are

He is

She is

It is

We are

You are

They are

Negativo:

I am not

He is not

She is not

It is not

We are not

You are not

They are not

Interrogativa:

Am I?

Are you?

Is he?

Is she?

Is it?

Are we?

Are you?

Are they?

B) Passado

Afirmativo

I was

You were

He was

She was

It was

We were

You were

They were

Negativo

I was not

You were not

He was not

She was not

It was not

We were not

You were not

They were not

Interrogativo

Was I?

Were you?

was he?

was she?

was it?

Were we?

Were you?

Were they?

C) O present continuos vai usar o verbo to be no presente (Letra A) mais o próximo verbo no ing, ou seja Sujetivo + verbo to be no presente+verbo no ing. Exemplo:

Verbo do

Afirmativo: I am doing my homework

Negativo: I am not doing my homewrok

Interrogativo: am i doing my homework?

D) O past continuos vai usar o verbo to be no passado da letra B mais um verbo no ing, exemplo:

Verbo Do

Afirmativa: I was doing my homework

Negativa: ( I was not doing my homework)

Interrogativa: ( Was i doing my homework?)
