The correct answer is Alternative A.
However weird this might sound to non-natives, the much too structure is grammatically correct. Much too modifies an adjective and an adverb, whereas too much modifies a noun and a verb. As you might know, young is an adjective, so it fits the structure pattern.
Semantically, they mean the same: an excessive quantity.
Regarding the other alternatives: B is wrong because the expression is "in my opinion" and it doesn't follow the much too + adjective structure; C would be correct had it been written as "they are not old enough"; D same as in B, plus "do not have age enough" is not proper grammar.
