There are pros and cons of going to a restaurant specialized in haute cuisine. Last night, I was headed to one of these fancy restaurants that had just settled down in town. I was happy for having the opportunity —and money— to eat haute cuisine, yet I couldn't be more disappointed and grossed out when they brought me my meal. There were too many vegetables on my plate, I couldn't believe I would pay to eat healthy. I suppose it was expected, the meal was what I ordered.
Once upon a time, there was a restaurant that opened at the end of the street, and this restaurant used to serve dishes based on the haute cuisine, this type of cuisine is the one that turns normal food into restaurant food. The pros and cons of having this kind of restaurant are a lot, but at the same time, some of the people that liked the place used to gross out some of their food.
After a little bit of time, the restaurant was settled down, and started to be headed to success, even though the food wasn't the best.
