Only one the sentences is CORRECT. Which one is it? A) I honestly do not understand what all the fuss about is. B) I do not honestly understand what is all the fuss about. C) I honestly do not understand What all the fuss is about. D) I do not understand what about is all the fuss. PS. Could you explain to me your choice? And also, Why did not you choose another alternative and explain me with grammatical rules?

I would say ”I honestly do not understand what all the fuss is about.” I wouldn't choose b because honestly has to come before do not. The only difference between C and A is the capital letter in the ’what’ which should not be there. In letter D, all the fuss should come before about.
