Olá

Já que você não especificou os verbos que você queria, eu passei todos eles para o Simple Past.

Anna: Hello! DC was a city for walking. In our neighborhood, I could do all my errands. Marsha, before we got ice cream, I needed to return three books to the library. Where was the library?

Marsha: It was on this street on the corner.

Anna: Awesome!

Marsha: Let's go!

Anna: Marsha, I could return the books here.

Marsha: Anna, what were those in the books?

Anna: Marsha, these were letters to my family and friends back home … four letters! Was there a post office near here?

Marsha: Um, no. The post office was far from here. But there was a mailbox across from the store.

Anna: Awesome! Let’s go!

(At the mailbox)

Anna: Marsha, now I needed to buy stamps.

Marsha: Did you have cash?

Anna: No. Was there a bank near here?

Marsha: There was a bank behind you.

Anna: Thanks, Marsha. You knew our neighborhood so well.

Anna: Now I had cash. I could buy stamps.

Marsha: That store sold stamps.

Anna: Wait here.

Anna: I had stamps.

Marsha: Wow, you’re fast.

Anna: Thank you, thank you letters, for sent my words… my love … to my family and friends -

Marsha: Did you have more cash?

Anna: I did!

Marsh and Anna: Ice cream!!

Anna: I loved my new neighborhood! Everything was near our apartment! Even hair salons*, and ice cream!

Anna: Until next time!
