Simples, quando a frase estiver na forma interrogativa, vc muda o sujeito e o verbo de lugar e remove a interrogação, claro

ex : a) Are we happy?

afirmativa : We are happy

b) is she a dancer ?

afirmativa : She is a dancer

Quando ela estiver na forma negativa, vc remove o Not

Ex: C) They are not in Portugal

afirmativa : They are in Portugal

Agora é só fazer o mesmo nas outras:

D) Am I tired?

afirmativa : I am tired

e) He is not a student

afirmativa : He is a student
