1)- I helped my mother.

- We watched the film.

- They walked in the park.

- Bob played basketball.

2)- You saw my friends.

- He spoke about holidays.

- Peter had a short breakfast.

- Susan made a nice present.

3)- She saw a good film.

- We ate well.

- Regina and Peter wrote a new book.

- They saw "Titanic" three times. (Na verdade o verbo dessa frase está errado. O certo seria "watched".)

- The boy washed the car.

- Mr. Smith did a lot of exercises.

- He lost his glasses several times.

- I tried to stop smoking many times.

4)- Telma walked to work last night.

- They arrived late for the party.

- It ended at 6 p.m.

- Did Bob and Roger use my new pen?

- Antony remembered everything.

- He didn't study computers for five years.

- Did we marry in a church?

- Did Ellen wait for an hour?

- You didn't like the movie.

- The teacher didn't help the students.

OBS: Nas frases negativas usa-se o verbo auxiliar do em sua forma negativa e no passado ( did + not = didn't ), por isso não é necessário conjugar o verbo principal da frase.

Já nas frases interrogativas é quase a mesma coisa: o verbo auxiliar do já é conjugado, portanto, não precisa mudar a forma do verbo principal.
