Anônimo: I think wont is just a typo (spelling mistake)

rafaghn: and yeah, the question says "wont", i thought about won't, but won't is not a verb, and would turn the phrase into a negative future, rather than the present continuous it's asking for, in all other alternatives they had a verb in the parenthesis

Wesleyr48: I thought that too at first, but the person who asked the question said it's "wont" and not "want".

Wesleyr48: If it were "want", it would make more sense if it were "I have been wanting to have a puppy" or "I want a puppy".

rafaghn: yeah, but "have been wanting" is more like present perfect and "i want" is more like simple present. that's why i answered like that (even though i'm completely aware "i am wanting to have" makes no sense whatsoever)
