2-i....... sleep. it is very hot here!
3-Tim...... travel alone next year.
4-She........... go out with her friends last night. So, she stayed home.
5-....... you ........ drive a car in the future?
6- the boys........ use their cellphones in class, just during the break

2 - i am not allowed to sleep... (essa fica meio estranha com "to be allowed to", mas já que a questão pede...)
3 - Tim will be allowed to travel alone next year (essa podia ser na negativa também, não tem nada indicando com certeza se devia ser negativa ou positiva)
4 - she wasn't allowed to go out with her friends...
5 - will you be allowed to drive a car in the future?
6 - the boys aren't allowed to use their cellphones...
só tive duvida na 3 se seria afirmativa mesmo ou negativa, mas pensando sobre a frase "ele terá permissão pra viajar sozinho próximo ano", deve tá virando de maior ou algo assim, faz mais sentido na afirmativa mesmo.
agora essa 2 achei super bizarra:
eu tenho permissão para dormir, está muito quente aqui
eu não tenho permissão para dormir, está muito quente aqui
eu não tive permissão para dormir, está muito quente aqui
de qualquer forma que eu pensar fica estranha essa frase, mas acho que a "menos pior" seria deixar como "i am not allowed to sleep" mesmo.
