1 - the Aether A.K.A. the reality stone, and the mjolnir.

2 - nebula tried to go back to the present with him, but she started malfunctioning, Thanos messed with her somehow using the nebula from that current timeline, so she wasn't able to go back to her original timeline with Rhodes

3 - he built a device and suits to navigate through the quantum realm and use the quantum realm to time travel.

4 - no, he was fat and with a pretty long and nasty beard and hair

5 - he went back to the other timeline and lived an entire life with the love of his life, Peggy Carter. After everything he went back to his original timeline (already old) to give the captain america shield to his friend Sam Wilson, "the falcon", so he could become the next captain america.
