I remember the first time I traveled to the U.S. It was very ____[A]____ because it was also the first time I was traveling ____[B]____ and traveling by myself. I remember the first time I traveled to the U.S. It was very exciting because it was also the first time I was traveling abroad and traveling by myself. I remember I had to get lots of documents ready: passport, visa, and health insurance. Since I did a package tour, I didn’t have to worry about hotel reservations or airline tickets. I bought a travel guide, but it wasn’t necessary. Our tour guides did a great job.  

My mom was worried because she thought I wasn’t taking much luggage. I honestly think you should travel light and shouldn’t take anything valuable, especially jewelry. I mean, why would you do that?
