A: Because they want to know what kind of clothes they will be able to wearing or how will be the day.
2 - What weather can mean for some people?
A: It can mean happiness, sadness, light or dark.
3- Do you think that weather affect people's moods? Why?
A: Of course it does! Because when we have a graw day, it looks like everything is so sad. When we have rainy days, it looks like everybody is so lazy and tired.
4- What is seasonal affective disorder?
A: It is a mood disorder subset in which people who have normal mental health the most part of the year and exhibit depressive symptoms at the same time each years. It's common to be in winter.
5- How do you feel on rainy days?
A: I feel lazy and tired.
6- How do you feel on sunny days?
A: I feel great! Sun renovates me!

A: As I said before, the weather can change our mood and even our perspective about our day.
