A journalist can work in any kind of media: radio, TV, magazines, internet,
newspaper, or as a freelancer.
According to Brazilian laws, anybody can be a journalist, even those who
haven't taken any specific course. But the industry still prefers graduated
students those who are properly prepared for the seriousness of this profession.
So, if you want to become a journalist, you should graduate from high school
and then take a four-year college course.

Nesse texto é apresentado os direitos e deveres de um jornalista, onde não necessariamente de acordo com a lei brasileira precisa ser graduado para exercer, contudo é preferível pela maioria das indústrias. Diz que para graduação leva 4 anos na universidade. Ele também pode trabalhar: rádio, TV, revistas, Internet, jornais, ou em seus próprios artigos.
