O present perfect continuous é marcado pelo uso do verbo fixo "have/has", o verbo "be" na forma do passado particípio e o verbo principal da sentença na forma do "ing". Esse tempo verbal significa uma ação que começou no passado e continua até o presente. Assim ficaria:

A) I have been going to the beach

B) He has been forgetting his key

C) The prince has been meeting Snow White

D) She has been speaking four languages

Já o passado perfeito é marcado pelo uso do verbo fixo "had" e o verbo principal da sentença no passado particípio. Usamos o past perfect para falar de uma ação que iniciou e terminou no passado.
