Already: utilizados quando fala-se de uma ação que aconteceu antes do esperado. Usado geralmente depois do auxiliar.

Yet: usado para perguntar se algo já aconteceu ou para dizer que algo ainda não aconteceu. Usado geralmente no final da frase.
