Taking the excerpt into account and the information about advice columns, analyze the following statements. I. It is possible to understand that the letter written by Niyya is an example of a letter sent to an advice column because the person is asking for some help to solve a personal problem. II. It is possible to understand that the letter written is signed by Niyya, who describes problems which are happening to her in the present due to the verbs used to describe the situation. III. It is not possible to understand and classify the letter written by Niyya as an advice column material because people only write to this kind of columns to complain about past situations. IV. It is not possible to understand what kind of problems Niyya describes because this is a personal letter written to an advice column.
