This study addresses issues of development, social responsibility, current labor market and sexual diversity, where the text discusses a relationship between people who belong to the LGBTI + group who choose to live a different life. With this same purpose, it is observed that there is a great difficulty of inserting them in the labor market, thus demonstrating that there is a great index of discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity. Social responsibility is directed more towards managing ethics in organizations, involving its stakeholders, to reduce negative impacts on the community, improving the quality of life of its employees, thus achieving a more efficient production. With the implementation of diversity in companies productivity and harmony become essential for achieving a company's profits and employee satisfaction. The objective of this research project is to point out how the inclusion of LGBTI + group in the labor market is carried out, with the specific objective of mapping the company's actions and the challenges of LGBTI + group to insert and maintain themselves healthy and productive in companies. presented in this research project has as quantitative approach statistical and descriptive techniques, qualitative by means of research of good practices in the inclusion of LGBT Will be developed by videography and information gathering Keywords LGBT Socio-Corporate Responsibility + Diversity
