letra A) they do not ( don't) want something to drink.

já que pelo enunciado é para colocar em sua forma negativa, adicioná do not ou sua contração don't.

B) Does need something to eat?

para colocar na forma interrogativa, aos pronomes I, you, they; colocamos do no começo ( eu não estou considerando o verbo to be). para she, he e it colocamos does e tiramos o -s do verbo principal.

C) does she know something about Sally

o motivo é o mesmo citado anteriormente.

se quiser saber a tradução é ela sabe algo sobre Sally?

D) they don't like to do something in the morning .

E) She doesn't want to say something.
