A Cinquain is a five-line poem. It does not have to rhyme,but there is a special pattern to the poem: one person,place or thing (noun),two descriptive words (adjectives), three action words (verbs),two adjectives,one noun.

Write a cinquain poem like the one above. Can you write about something in the past?
