Os verbos que estão no Simple Present, no texto, são:

a) detail - track - get

b) worried - visited - sent

c) is packing - is calling - is going

d) tells - detail - track

''does'' também está no simple present - verbo to do = fazer

e) worried - has called - does

Explicação:

Em inglês, a maioria dos verbos precisa de ''auxiliares'' para fazer a negativa e interrogativa.

O verbo ''to be'' consegue fazer a interrogativa e a negativa sozinho, sem precisar de nenhum auxiliar.

Exemplos:

Afirmativa

She is a teacher.

They are doctors.

Negativa

She is not a teacher. >>> coloca NOT depois do verbo

They are not friends. >>> coloca NOT depois do verbo

Interrogativa

Is she a teacher? >>> coloca o verbo no início da frase

Are you an actor? >>> coloca o verbo no início da frase

Are they friends? >>> coloca o verbo no início da frase

Uso do DO - DOES >> auxiliar

Na negativa usa DON'T antes do verbo >> I-we-you-they e DOESN'T >>> He-She-it

Exemplos:

They DON'T like apples.

You DON'T watch TV.

She DOESN'T speak Italian. >>> negativa

He DOESN'T watch TV. >>> negativa

Na interrogativa: Usa  DO para I- You - We - They e DOES para he - she - it

Exemplos:

Do you speak English? >>> DO no início da frase.

Does she speak Italian? >>> DOES no início da frase (terceira pessoa singular)
