a) Did she buy a tv yesterday? / a) She didn't bought a tv yesterday.

b) Did we call to the police last night? / We didn't called to the police last night

c) Did he break his cell phone? / He didn't broke his cell phone.

Explicação:

Quando a frase vai para a forma interrogativa, o verbo volta para o modo real dele, ou seja, ele NÃO continua no passado/futuro. E o "did" vem antes de tudo.

Na forma negativa, não muda nada. Vc só adiciona o "didn't" depois da pessoa (he/she/we/they/I/you/it).
