In times of global quarantine, with more than 2 million people at home to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, social networks have proven to be a way to keep in touch with friends and family, as well as to learn new skills, such as cooking, taking online courses and finishing projects that, due to routine, usually there wasn't enough time to devote to them. It's important and fundamental to maintain this bond with friends and family, even if in a virtual way, as these moments of rest and virtual contacts contributes to the sense of belonging and mental health, preventing that the individual in isolation feels lonely or even abandoned because of the new routine that had to adapt.
