pra passar pro interrogativo vc tem que usar do e does. Por ex.
I play soccer
do I play soccer?
para I usa se do
Messi plays soccer.
does Messi plays soccer?
nesse caso, Messi é ele, então é does.
She plays volleyball with my sister
does she plays volleyball with my sister?
she- ela, então é does.
You play chess with your brother.
do you play chess with your brother?
you- você, então usa se do.
The child plays in the morning.
does the child plays in the morning?
child são eles, então é does.
He plays the guitar but I play the violin.

pro negativo é mais fácil, usa: do not ( don't), does not (doesn't).
don't e doesn't é da forma contraída, é a mais usada.
do vc usa quando tiver na frase I e you.
e does vc usa quando tiver they, she, he, o nome de alguém, etc.

Messi doesn't plays soccer.
