a) No matter where I live, I'll always call my parents' house "home".
b) No matter how much I'm offered, I'll never sell my house.
c) No matter what people say, I think it's better to live abroad.
d) No matter what investments are made in my neighbourhood, some problems will always remain.
e) No matter what people do, neighbourhoods will always change.
Pode ser que na "e", as palavras people e neighbourhoods estejam trocadas. O conceito da frase não faz muito sentido.
