Resposta:A-I could help you

N: i couldn't help you

I:could i help you?

B-bob could write letter last

N:bob couldn't write letter last

I:could bob write letter last?

C-i could buy that disc

N:i couldn't buy that disc

I:could you buy that disc?

D-he could run very fast until last year.

N: He couldn't run very fast until last year

I:could he run very fast until last year?

Explicação:em frases negativas somente adicionar n't no could "couldn't" e em frases interrogativas é só colocar o could no inicio e copiar o resto da frase e quando usamos o could não se coloca "to" no verbo
