Past Simple
O passado simples na língua inglesa nada mais é do que uma estrutura específica dentro desse idioma que será utilizada para se referir a ações que não estão mais acontecendo, pois já foram finalizadas em um passado próximo ou distante, a distância desse passado irá depender exclusivamente do que o falante quer mencionar.
Além disso, sabemos também que o passado simples possui uma estrutura que precisa ser seguida, como por exemplo, os verbos regulares e irregulares, sendo respectivamente aqueles que seguem um padrão nas frases afirmativas e aqueles que não seguem um padrão nas frases afirmativas.
Além disso, temos também o auxiliar did, que como visto nos exercícios acima, irá montar as frases interrogativas e negativas nesse tempo verbal. Não podemos esquecer também do was e were, que nada mais são do que o passado do verbo to be, seguindo as mesmas regras que ele no presente.
