1) Escreva novamente a frase e faça a contração do verbo “to be” na forma NEGATIVA, no PASSADO
SIMPLES, como no exemplo:
a) I was not your neighbor. = I wasn’t your neighbor.
b) You were not a good player. = ________________________________________________
c) He was not in NYC. =
_______________________________________________________
d) She was not at the supermarket. = ______________________________________________
e) It was not raining. = _________________________________________________________
f) We were not kidding. = ______________________________________________________
g) They were not sweethearts. = __________________________________________________

vocabulary:
neighbor = vizinho / raining = chovendo / kidding = brincando / sweethearts = namorados

2) Agora, usando was not/ wasn’t ou were not /weren’t no Passado Simples do verbo ”to be”, reescreva
as frases na forma negativa:
a) AFF.: He was on the bus last week.
b) NEG.: ________________________________________________________
c) AFF.: Carla and Jack were neighbors.
d) NEG.: ________________________________________________________
e) AFF.: Julia and I were at a school party.
f) NEG.: ______________________________
