This distribution is entirely a natural phenomenon. The location and surrounding environments (temperature, geochemical behavior, etc.) play an important role in the forms and characteristics of the water. We have no control over this, of course we can minimize water pollution. However, we found a problem that the problem is not in availability, the problem is in "water management".
