Ingredients
500g of hominy corn
cloves and cinnamon sticks to taste
0.5 cup of sugar tea
1l of milk
1 can of condensed milk (395 g)
500ml coconut milk
grated coconut to taste
Method of preparation
Soak hominy for 4 hours
After that time, drain the water and place the hominy in a pressure cooker, cover completely with water (4 fingers above the hominy)
Add cloves, cinnamon sticks, sugar
Place over medium heat and leave for 30 minutes after picking up pressure
Put out the fire, remove the pressure, add the milk, the condensed milk, the coconut milk, the grated coconut
Boil and over low heat until the liquid is halved and the hominy is creamy (+/- 10 minutes)
Put out the fire and serve
