Explicação:

A forma negativa do Present Perfect Continuous é feita acrescentando-se not entre o Presente Simples do verbo to have (have / has) e o Presente Perfeito do verbo to be. O verbo principal permanece no gerúndio:

* FORMA CONTRAÍDA: haven't / hasn't

A forma interrogativa do Present Perfect Continuous é feita com o Presente Simples do verbo to have (have / has) posicionado antes do sujeito. O verbo to be permanece no Presente Perfeito e o verbo principal no gerúndio
