Explicação:
A Forma Negativa do Presente Contínuo forma-se acrescentando not após o presente simples do verbo to be. Veja o exemplo: I am not needing help. (Não estou precisando de ajuda.) E o caso do inglês na forma contraída seria um jeito mais fácil de falar o inglês uma forma mais rápida, exemplos:
Forma formal - I am studying (Eu estou estudando)
Forma contraída - I'm studying (Eu estou estudando)
Forma formal - You are boring (Você é/está chato/a)
Forma contraída - you're boring (Você é/está chato/a)
