Explicação:

 Na forma negativa é usado o isn't/is not  no lugar do is, e aren't/are not no lugar do are.

 Na forma interrogativa o verbo to be (is/isn't/is not/are/aren't/are not) é usado no início da frase e, normalmente, tem o sinal de interrogação no final.
