Morris's Tuesday Hello, it is me again, and today I am going to talk about this day that promises a lot. Like yesterday I got up at 9 am, did my stretches, had my usual breakfast take my bike, and ride away to work. But, this day, I was a little anxious and just counting the hours to the end of the work. When lunchtime came, I barely touch my food. My friends wondered why I was acting like this. And I told them because today is the match day. They seemed relieved after I said these words. “He always acts like that on these days”, said Sarah. “You know him, I think all the Red Devils fans are the same”, said Ralph. “Maybe his Britain family raised him like that, to be a big weenie”, joked John. Well, when the clock reached 4 pm, I finally leave George Norton Post Office and head away to Alley Taps pub, a place that is near where I usually dinner. I came in there close 10 minutes to the match starts, take a cab this time because on my bike I would be unable to reach in time. Manchester United's folks were all gathered around the TV, Dennis, the owner of the place, was happy to have the house full of customers. I was delighted too because Manchester is giving us an excellent playable of soccer this season, and we, the fans, are putting our expectations on high to conquest the big trophy. After I ordered my favorite beer, I joined the guys to watch and sing along songs of support to my beloved players. Go get them, Red Devils, go forth to the victory.

1 "c) That he barely touched his lunch"
"But, this day, I was a little anxious and just counting the hours to the end of the work. When lunchtime came, I barely touch my food." (l.3-l.5)
Neste trecho ele descreve que "estava um pouco ancioso e contando as horas para parar de trabalhar" e durante o horario de almoço ele "mal encostou em sua comida"
2 "c) -un -able"
un (preposição de negação) able (poder)
unable (não poder)
3 "d) Alley Taps"
"I finally leave George Norton Post Office and head away to Alley Taps pub, a place that is near where I usually dinner" (l.10-l.12)
5 "c) Because he was afraid to not reach in time"
"I came in there close 10 minutes to the match starts, take a cab this time because on my bike I would be unable to reach in time." (l.12-l.13)
Ele estava preocupado em não chegar a tempo
6 Está questão está bem confusa e sem sentido.
Na falta de uma resposta melhor eu marcaria a
"a) Apprehension about the afternoon match"
Pois ele demonstra bem preocupado com o jogo no inicio do texto.
